How data is collected, processed, stored, used, protected, shared and deleted

This Privacy Policy explains how Eticaretiz ("we", "us" or "our") collects, processes, stores, uses, protects, shares and deletes your personal and corporate data, including third-party marketplace integration data (such as Amazon Selling Partner API data), when you use our SaaS platforms, integrations, B2B services and corporate website.

We collect only the data needed to provide our services:

  • Account information: Name, email address, phone number and company name.
  • Marketplace API data: Authorization tokens (OAuth) and seller IDs needed to synchronize inventory, catalogs, stock, prices and orders.
  • Order data: Order line items received from marketplaces, together with the buyer's delivery and billing details (name, address, phone number and, where applicable, tax details).
  • Website forms: The name, phone number, email, company and message you share in our contact, trial and quote forms.
  • Usage data: System operation logs, IP addresses and action timestamps.

We process data only for the following purposes:

  • Synchronization: To keep orders, inventory, prices and product listings in sync between marketplaces and your ERP/accounting systems.
  • Shipping: To use delivery details only to create shipments, print shipping labels and track shipments.
  • Invoicing: To use billing details only to issue invoices and create accounting records.
  • Security and legal obligations: To keep our systems secure and comply with legal obligations.
  • Requests: To respond to the requests you send through our website forms.
  • We never use buyer data for advertising, marketing or profiling.
  • We never sell or rent your data.

Data is stored on our servers hosted in professional data center environments. Each customer's data is separated through logical schemas or isolated server structures.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3 and protected at rest in line with our infrastructure security requirements. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel under the principle of least privilege. The controls we apply are described on our Security page.

Your data is never sold or rented. It is shared only to provide the service, and only as needed, with:

  • Systems you authorize: The marketplaces, ERP/accounting and e-Invoice systems you connect.
  • Carriers: Only the delivery details needed to ship the order.
  • Competent authorities: Only when required by law.

Data is retained for as long as required by its data classification, contractual terms and legal obligations.

Data whose retention period has ended is removed from our systems through secure deletion methods or scheduled tasks. When your membership ends or you revoke a marketplace authorization, the marketplace data of that connection is deleted. You can also request deletion of your data at bilgi@eticaretiz.com.

The following rules also apply to data retrieved through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API):

  • Amazon data is retrieved only through the Amazon seller account the seller authorizes.
  • Data is processed only to provide the e-commerce service to the seller (order, inventory, pricing, shipping and invoicing operations).
  • Buyer delivery details are used only to ship the order, and billing details only to invoice it.
  • Buyer data is never used for advertising, marketing or sales purposes and is never sold to third parties.
  • Data is shared only within authorized service and integration flows, and only as needed.
  • Our retention and deletion rules also apply to Amazon data; when the seller revokes the authorization, the Amazon data of that connection is deleted.
  • Access to Amazon data is restricted under the principle of least privilege.
